Ian has worked in the Scotch whisky and drinks industry for 20 years. He is conference Director of the World Whiskies Conference, a Keeper of the Quaich, Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Distillers, former Group Marketing Director at Glenmorangie, writer and a whisky book & memorabilia collector. I caught up with Ian at the Number 3 Gin launch in the Berry Bros & Rubb shop, London where we had a quick chat about one of his passions – recreating rare whisky books.
